The Bedrooms

Alain and his English wife Rachael welcome you to the Great Oaks Country House Hotel set on 12 acres of parkland, in the heart of Burgundy.

The hotel is a charming converted nineteenth century manor house consisting of 13 spacious, personalized and tastefully decorated bedrooms.

*3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with marble fireplaces, 2 of which open out onto the terrace where one can have breakfast, weather permitting.

*6 bedrooms are on the first floor and boast typical french, tiles ‘les tomettes’ and magnificent oak beams.

3 other bedrooms are in the annexes: ‘les Mésanges’, la Chouette and ‘La Bergerie”, in the hotel’s grounds.

The large lounge/dining room with its magnificent stone fireplace and spiral staircase is welcoming and ideal for appreciating some ‘quality time’.

The bedrooms are equipped with colour TV, foreign channels and telephones.

You can go for a stroll in the garden, say hello to Nemo the donkey, Baba, Caramel and Belle the friendly sheep and admire the 300 year old specimen oak trees.
